How to Order

  Where can I find RAD products?

 Our line is available in the following markets: ad specialty/promotional, embroidery/screen-printing, sporting goods, resort/souvenir, and specialty men’s/women’s boutiques. We do not sell direct to the public.

  Are custom orders or OEM/Private Label programs available?

 Yes, we can accommodate large and tall sizes, special color combinations, as well as custom styles provided by the customer. Contact your sales representative for minimums and other requirements. Please allow extra time for delivery.

  What are the payments terms?

 All first-time orders are shipped prepaid, C.O.D. Net 15 and Net 30 terms are available for approved credit applications only. You may download a credit application from this website. Please allow up to 10 business days for credit approval.

  Do you accept credit cards?

 Yes, we accept Visa, and MasterCard.

  How will orders be shipped?

  All shipments will be F.O.B. Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada via UPS standard unless instructed otherwise. Next Flight Out, 9AM Guaranteed, AM Service, and PM Service are available by request. Customer will be responsible for the cost of any expedited service.

How long will it take to receive an order?

 For in-stock items, we will make every effort to ship out an order the same day. Please call for delivery schedule for out-of-stock items.

  How can I open an account with RAD?

New customers may open an account by filling out a New Customer Account Form.

What is the return policy?

 Customers must inspect shipments carefully upon delivery and notify RAD within 10 days of any shortages, errors, defects or other problems. Returns of decorated, washed or altered garments will not be accepted. To return, please contact Customer Service and explain the reason for return and upon approval, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns must include a valid RA# on the outside of the box, a packing slip or invoice. Cancelled or refused orders are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee plus any freight or C.O.D. charges.

Shipping

 How is the shipping cost determined?

The shipping cost will never exceed 5% of the cost of an order. (Minimum $10.00) If you require your order to be sent at a higher priority, please clearly state on the PO.

  How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?

 We make the best effort to process orders within one business day.

 How do I track my order?

 If you require a tracking number on your order, please clearly state on your PO. Upon shipping your order, we will send your tracking information via email.

  Can I ship my order to someone else or a different address?

 Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. Please make sure that the requested shipping address is clearly stated.

Samples

All samples are sold at 50% less net cost of the item. The same shipping rules apply for all sample PO’s. Please clearly state on a PO if there are any special instructions for samples.
